Job summary

RONA is hiring for a customer service role in Canada. You will greet customers, assist with loading products, help with returns, and support checkout teams as part of a dynamic store team.

You will need excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes helping customers, following promotions, and maintaining safety standards at the store.

• Return all merchandise left at the returns desk to the appropriate departments.
• Stay informed of promotions and flyers.
• Follow the store’s policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety in the workplace.
