Parsons is seeking a talented LMS Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Manage an OSINT Learning Management System (LMS) application to enhance online OSINT training through virtual delivery and provide a synthetic environment for real-world simulation.
  2. Host the OBC curriculum, learning materials, schedules, announcements, and facilitate course-level chat capabilities, with separate portals for students and instructors/administrators.
  3. Manage a customized browser-based Windows desktop and applications for students, instructors, and administrative staff to meet virtual course requirements.
  4. Log and monitor training activities to ensure compliance with mandated TTPs.
  5. Develop training scenarios, artifacts, content, and data packages for use within the synthetic training environment.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, Master's degree with 7+ years, or PhD/JD with 4+ years.
  • Experience providing intelligence support for contingency operations, planning, training exercises, and strategic engagement across various operational areas.
  • Ability to analyze political, military, and economic developments and assess military capabilities and doctrine.
  • Skills in researching, authoring, and coordinating threat assessments, developing analytical procedures, and supporting policy development.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Security Clearance Requirement

An active Top Secret SCI clearance is required.
