Our Toronto-based client is seeking a live-in Maintenance Technician with experience in residential property management and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Candidates should own basic tools and be willing to relocate. This position offers a unique opportunity with accommodation included.

The client provides a free 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (utilities excluding internet) and free on-site parking during employment. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, benefits, paid vacation and sick days, and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promptly respond to resident issues and service requests.
2. Perform general property maintenance, including light and heavy repairs.
3. Carry out electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, flooring, and snow removal tasks.
4. Maintain clean and well-kept properties, ensuring interior and grounds are in excellent condition.
5. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine repairs or preventative maintenance needs.
