We are seeking a reliable and experienced Live-In Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Worker for multiple private residential properties in Caledon, Ontario. This role offers a private, one-bedroom on-site residence on a 22-acre property in a peaceful rural setting. In exchange for hands-on property care, benefits include rent-free living, a flexible schedule, and the potential for additional earnings based on experience and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mowing lawns and trimming edges across multiple properties
2. Seasonal landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and mulching
3. Snow removal and de-icing of driveways, walkways, and outdoor areas
4. General grounds upkeep including leaf blowing and debris removal
5. Fence repair, equipment maintenance, and basic property repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
• Proficiency in operating lawn mowers, snow blowers, and similar tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Non-smoker preferred; references required
