Maxima seeks a Deployment Engineer to work directly with customers, running proofs of concept, and delivering integrations and custom modules to launch AI-powered accounting solutions. You will work alongside Account Executives through complex deals and ensure production readiness, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and hands-on problem solving.

The role requires 2+ years in deployment/solutions engineering, a CS/engineering degree, and proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or Python.

Formación

• 2+ years in forward deployed engineering, sales engineering, implementation engineering, or solutions engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience working with Account Executives on technical sales for enterprise customers.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and able to pace with a startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Account Executives on complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Run technical proofs-of-concept and present tailored demos.
• Lead discovery calls and draft implementation scoping documents.
• Tune prompts/models to achieve client-specific AI performance.
• Build integrations to customers' transaction systems and custom modules for go-live.
• Partner with product and engineering to fulfill customer requests.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software in production and support deployed solutions.
