Samsung Electronics Canada is seeking a Senior Specialist, Online Marketing to drive Live Commerce initiatives and Samsung Members partnerships. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage content, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable growth in engagement and online sales.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, production coordination, and data analysis to inform improvements and align with product launches and promotional periods. A strong digital marketing background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, content marketing, and customer engagement.
• Experience with Live Commerce, livestream production, or digital campaign execution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live Commerce planning, operating and execution: drive engagement, awareness and sales.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaign execution and timely delivery.
• Collaborate on content strategies, promotions, and customer incentives to maximize reach and conversion.
• Manage end-to-end production with agencies, monitor readiness and risks, and analyze performance for optimization.
• Support Samsung Members benefits, partnerships, and the Stars ambassador program.
• Document processes, maintain timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of campaigns.
