We are looking for a skilled and organized litigation paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to support our legal team in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing complex litigation files independently. Experience in estate litigation is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

·Prepare, draft, and manage court documents, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence

·Organize and maintain litigation files from inception through trial

·Assist with document management and discovery, including document production and review

·Coordinate court filings and service of documents

·Prepare briefs, records, and other materials for hearings and trials

·Conduct legal and factual research as needed

·Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other professionals

·Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling

Qualifications:

·Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or legal department

·Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules

·Estate litigation experience is an asset

·Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

·Proficient with legal software, including document management systems, and court e-filing systems

·Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
