With a growing portfolio of clients, including those in the financial sector, they’re seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic and dedicated team.

RESPONSIBILLITIES :

  • Draft and prepare Statements of Claim and Default Judgments .
  • Handle Motions, Affidavits of Service, and Affidavits of Enforcement .
  • Manage Garnishment follow-ups and Writ filings .
  • Communicate with debtors to resolve outstanding judgment debts.
  • Liaise with Provincial and KB court offices .
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • College Diploma
  • Licensed Paralegal Certificate.
  • 1-2 years of paralegal experience preferred, particularly in civil litigation or debt recovery.
  • Ability to adapt to custom-built software .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Team player mindset — collaborative and reliable.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet targets.
