Qualifications :

  • Only applicants with legal assistant / law clerk experience will be considerd.
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be familiar with court procedures and have experience scheduling, drafting legal documents, and filing pleadings in courts
  • Knowledge of case management systems is required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
