Options Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Law Clerk for a full-time hybrid role in Toronto, ON. You will support lawyers across commercial litigation and construction matters, manage files, draft documents, coordinate discovery, and ensure deadlines are met.
The successful candidate will have 4–8 years of experience, a Law Clerk Diploma or Ontario certificate, strong procedural knowledge, and superb organizational skills.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working closely with legal professionals and other internal stakeholders.
As the Litigation Law Clerk, you will work closely with lawyers to support files throughout various stages of commercial litigation and construction processes. You will assist with document preparation, file coordination, and procedural requirements while ensuring matters remain organized and deadlines are met.
You are an experienced Litigation Law Clerk with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. You are comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and collaborating with others in a fast-paced legal environment.
Expected Compensation: CAD $80,000 – $115,000
