Overview

Our client is looking for an associate lawyer with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join their thriving litigation practice and be based in their Edmonton office. The litigation group advises clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including:

• Partnership and shareholder disputes
• Defamation matters
• Commercial contract disputes
• Real estate and construction disputes
• Estate litigation
• Securities litigation
• Insurance coverage disputes
• Regulatory matters

What you must have

• A minimum of two years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong work ethic and strong professional and academic credentials
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Good computer skills
