As a listed professional with the Manitoba College of Pharmacy you’ll be an essential part of our pharmacy team that’s committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations. We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals to conduct the authorized duties of a listed technician as imposed by individual Provincial Pharmacy Regulatory Bodies.

Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing

As a listed pharmacy technician qualified under subsection (2) in Manitoba, you may perform tasks under pharmacist supervision within approved Listed Pharmacy Technician practices from CPhM :

• Review prescription information for accuracy and compliance with federal and provincial law;
• Perform a final check before drug dispensing, if the pharmacy has approved drug packaging processes;
• Give instructions on operating medical devices, without interpreting results;
• Verify with a practitioner regarding prescription refills without changes;
• Assist pharmacy teams with necessary tasks;
• Manage drug inventory;
• Verify and record patient and prescription data accurately.
