Job summary

Autism Services at Weyburn is seeking a retail team member for a fast-paced liquor store environment. You must have open availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and be comfortable handling cash transactions.

You will stock, face and rotate products, receive deliveries, maintain a clean store, and use product knowledge to promote sales while ensuring safety. A Serve it Right license is provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner
• Process register transactions, must be comfortable handling cash transactions, debit/credit
• Stock, face and rotate products on shelves
• Receive, check, and put away deliveries
• Keep store and storage areas clean and organized
• Utilize product knowledge to promote sales
• Contribute to a team that values diversity, integrity, community and excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Liquor retail experience is considered an asset however willing to train if necessary
• Serve it Right license is required ( will provide)
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Problem solver and quick learner
• Ability to physically lift, push, pull up to 50-160 lbs. on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time, work in hot and cold environments.
• Must be committed to a SAFE working environment
• Must be over 19 years of age to be considered
• Must have open availability and be able to work a variety of shifts that include mornings, afternoons, late evenings and weekends
• This position is based out of out of our Weyburn location. It may require you to travel and deliver product to the community and surrounding areas.
• Will consider previous experience when determining starting rate.
• Must be a residing resident or live in near by community

• Must be able to work freight and do heavy lifting
