Job summary

Ace Liquor Discounter, part of SNDL, is hiring a Sales Associate to join a fast-paced retail team. You’ll greet customers, help with product recommendations, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, organized store.

Valid ProServe certification or willingness to obtain it is required; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; flexible, reliable, and team-oriented; company offers training, employee discounts, and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks.
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
