Wage offered $ 43.5 per hour

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time 30 hours per week, 10 Days of Paid Vacation

Job Duties:

• Manage employees and delegate tasks and duties.
• Recruit employees and supervise their training.
• Monitor employee performance and establish work schedules.
• Maintain inventory control and keep an eye on revenue and supply shortages.
• Set budgets, monitor revenue and expenditures.
• Plan, organize and control day to day activities.
• Ensure that set goals and deadlines are met in time that complies with company’s plan and vision.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Purchase product according to demand and competition.
• Monitor employee productivity and operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Secondary School education is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in related field is an asset.
• Must be 19+ years old.
• Digital marketing and social media experience is an asset.

Experience: minimum 3 years of retail or wholesale sales experience.
