Otter Co-op - Full-Time Liquor Store Associate at Angry Otter Liquor @ Westgate, Surrey, BC

Otter Co-op is now accepting applications for a Full-Time Liquor Store Associate at our Angry Otter Liquor @ Westgate located in Surrey, BC.

What you’ll do:

• Provide excellent customer service in a courteous and efficient manner
• Process transactions, refunds, returns, and activate gift cards
• Balance register drawer at the end of each shift following company procedures
• Stock, face, and rotate products on shelves
• Receive, check, and store deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and storage areas
• Use product knowledge to promote sales
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Contribute to the team by embodying the values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence

Who you are:

Seeking a career in retail store operations and possess the following qualifications:

• Liquor retail experience is preferred
• Serving it Right license is required
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• WSET accreditation is an asset
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for full 8-hour shifts
• Committed to a safe working environment
• Must be over 19 years of age
• Open availability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• This position is based at Westgate Liquor Store but may require travel to other locations
