Job summary

Newfoundland Labrador Liquor Corporation (NLC) is seeking a Retail Associate to join our stores team in Corner Brook. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, operating the POS system, and maintaining accurate inventory while upholding store security and social responsibility.

Responsibilities include serving customers through the SERVE process, handling inventory, attending product knowledge seminars, and performing related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduation.
• At least 19 years of age.
• A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties required (Physical capability testing will be required).
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Or any combination of training and experience acceptable to the Corporation.
