Join our Team at Timberlands Liquor Store!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment? Do you have an interest in the liquor industry? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Timberlands Liquor Store in Red Deer is currently seeking a part-time Liquor Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Position:

Liquor Clerk

Part-time:

24 - 36 hours/week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability:

Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all customers are greeted in a friendly manner
  2. Offer product expertise and guidance
  3. Process sales transactions accurately
  4. Receive, unpack, and display merchandise
  5. Perform opening and closing duties with thorough attention to detail
  6. Ensure compliance with Central Alberta Co-op and AGLC’s policies
  7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
  1. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to work in the Liquor Store environment
  2. Must have valid ProServe certification
  3. Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  4. Previous retail experience is an asset
  5. Team player with the ability to work independently
  6. Ability to consecutively lift 50 lbs. required for unloading pallets
