Job summary

Loblaw's Real Canadian Liquor store is seeking Store Colleagues to help deliver a positive in-store experience and meet customer needs. Training is provided, and there is opportunity to grow within the company.

Flexibility to work across departments and shifts, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, is required. A supportive team and a focus on sustainability and community are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work in multiple departments and hours, including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile during shifts.
• Customer service oriented and able to respond to varied needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and keep shelves stocked.
• Maintain displays and ensure displays meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering.
• Set up promotions and programs per company direction.
• Keep areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
