Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw, is hiring Store Team Members in Canada. You will contribute to a positive in-store experience by keeping shelves stocked, assisting customers, and maintaining displays.

No prior experience is required; we provide training to set you up for success and opportunities for growth within the company. The role may involve days, evenings, and weekends, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
