What You’ll Do

As a key member of our outreach team, you will :

Use LinkedIn Recruiter to build and manage targeted lead lists

Send connection requests and manage initial outreach messages

Coordinate and schedule meetings with interested professionals

Collaborate to create sales content that will be mailed in person to leads

Work within our Zoho One environment to track, report, and manage leads

Job Requirements : Requirements

Be able to work a few hours each day during Saskatchewan time zone office hours.

Minimum 2 years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for B2B prospecting or talent sourcing

Proven ability to generate and qualify leads via outbound LinkedIn strategies

Familiarity with sales funnels, cold outreach, and CRM tools

Experience using Zoho CRM or Zoho One is a strong asset

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently, with consistent output and attention to detail

Comfortable working remotely and across time zones if needed
