Job description

Hunts for opportunities and sells the LINGA Restaurant Operating System and associated services directly to restaurant, franchises and hospitality accounts with multiple locations.

The LINGA Business Development Executive role is a great opportunity to leverage your sales skills to make an impact on our growth. Plus, you’ll be selling restaurant owners and franchisees what they want: a way to streamline the Customer ordering and paying experience, and to manage all aspects of their restaurants.

You’ll be on the front lines of building LINGA’s national restaurant Customer network. You’ll identify consult with restaurants and franchises, contact the decision makers, and show them how LINGA can benefit their business. You’ll need to be resourceful, persuasive, determined, competitive, and have the ability to easily connect with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities

  1. Hunt for opportunities and consult with restaurant owners and franchisees on the benefits of using the LINGA Restaurant Operating System.
  2. Identify needs and goals of the restaurant/franchise and demonstrate how LINGA can help grow their business by making it more efficient and streamlining their Customer experience.
  3. Exceed high-volume sales goals while working within a team environment.
  4. Be a market expert and overall team player: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, marketing opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement to management.

Requirements

  4. Ability to think strategically and make sound judgment to plan to achieve goals.
  5. Persuasive with demonstrated history of success.
  6. Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.
  7. Restaurant industry or hospitality experience is great.
  8. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
