Day Shift: Mon to Fri from 7:30am to 4pm

We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented Dispatcher to support our line haul operations. This isn’t just a job behind a screen; it’s a key role that helps keep freight moving efficiently and on time across our network. You’ll act as the central link between terminals, drivers, and carriers, ensuring smooth coordination and high service standards. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update trip details in the dispatch system throughout the shift
• Coordinate terminal-to-terminal movement, maintaining communication with drivers and carriers
• Adjust and communicate schedule changes due to delays, breakdowns, or other variables
• Monitor driver hours and ensure compliance with regulations
• Support overall line haul dispatching functions and contribute to team success
• Look for ways to continuously improve operations, efficiency, and communication

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of dispatch or line haul experience preferred
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; must be a team player
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn transportation management systems
• Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering on-time service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
