Summary

Cutter Aviation is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable team member for our Line Service team. The Line Service Technician (LST) must excel at building relationships and providing world-class customer service related to ramp activities and interactions with customers, pilots, passengers, senior staff, and regulatory agencies.

Key Duties
  • Fuel aircraft.
  • Perform system servicing and cleaning.
  • Drive refueling trucks and towing equipment.
  • Promote sales of new or additional services or products.
  • Tow and reposition aircraft in and out of hangars.
  • Follow FAA and TSA rules and regulations.
  • Assist passengers and pilots with luggage, loading, unloading, and transportation needs.
  • Record units handled and moved using daily production sheets or work tickets.
  • Connect hoses and operate equipment to transfer liquids into and out of storage tanks on vessels.
  • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine tasks and needs.
  • Confer with customers to provide information, take orders, or address complaints.
  • Manage airfield activities, including escorting passengers or crew via walking or driving company vehicles, and transporting them to designated locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
