Job summary

Execaire Aviation in Montreal seeks an aircraft refueller for its Shell IAS operations. You will deliver top-tier ground and refueling services, support aircraft moves, ensure safety and cleanliness of the FBO area, and collaborate with teams across the OPS staff. This role requires flexibility, security clearances, and strong customer service in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• High school education
• 2 years' experience
• Hold a Driver License Class 3
• Must pass Transport Canada Security
• Clearance and MOT requirements
• Experience in aircraft refueling is an asset
• Microsoft Word & Excel are basic requirements
• Excellent customer service is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English

Responsibilities

• Provide marshalling and ground services for aircraft, including lavatory, water and power services
• Refuel aircraft according to Shell and IAS procedures
• Defuel aircraft according to Shell and IAS procedures
• Assist with hangar moves, towing and related client or sister company services
• Serve all clients and IMP group as required
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly checks per Shell and IAS standards
• Keep FBO area, Lineman office, and equipment clean and organized
• Complete Shell or IAS training and recurrent programs
• Greet and serve customers to the highest standards
• Participate in duties as assigned by operations
• Maintain a 24/7 flexible work schedule as required

Summary

Reporting to the Base Manager, FBO the aircraft refueller will provide customer service in support of the shell aerocentre.

Responsibilities

• To provide services for marshalling in aircraft's as well as all ground services required by aircraft such as lavatory, water, and power services and any other aircraft services that may be required
• Provide services to refuel aircraft according to Shell and IAS standard procedures
• Provide services to defuel aircraft's according to Shell and IAS standard procedures
• Provide services for hangar moves, aircraft towing and all other services required by our clients and/or sister companies (IMP group)
• Provide services for all clients and/or sister companies (IMP group), actual or potential
• Responsible to perform daily/weekly/monthly checks within Shell and/or IAS standards
• Responsible for keeping the FBO area, Lineman office and FBO equipment neat and clean
• To participate and complete all Shell or IAS required training and on-going recurrent
• To greet and serve our customers with the highest standards
• Other duties as assigned based on Operational requirements
• This position requires a flexible work schedule as this is a 24/7 operation

Requirements

• High school education
• 2 years' experience
• Hold a Driver License Class 3 and maintained throughout employment
• Must pass Transport Canada Security
• Clearance and requirements (MOT)
• Requires candidate to obtain Radio Operator CertificateExperience in aircraft refueling will be an asset
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Outstanding customer service skills is an asset
• Bilingual- French / English
