About the Role:

Line/Sauté Cooks (Wok) are responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating all wok line items.


Working Schedule:
  • Number of Days: Must be available for 5 shifts per week
  • Weekend Availability: Required
  • Shifts: Day Shift or Evening Shift

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Learns all Wok recipes, cook times, and techniques per Din Tai Fung’s procedures
  • Checks ingredient quality prior to cooking
  • Cooks ingredients according to recipes
  • Plates the final product following plating guidelines
  • Prepares and cuts garnishes for wok line items
  • Labels all items per health regulations and procedures
  • Attends staff and Wok meetings
