We take great pride in serving quality meals, smoothies and specialty coffees in a fun and trendy atmosphere. We strive to provide the highest quality and freshest meals that are made from scratch daily to fuel your body through whatever life throws your way! With 9 locations across Atlantic Canada, we are growing rapidly and want you to join our team!

As a prep/line cook, you are responsible for prepping in downtime and working the line during busy peaks. Working with fresh in-house made ingredients, it is your job to present visually-appealing clean eats! At HARVEST, FOH & BOH team members are tipped out equally.

What You'll Do:
  • Washing, cutting, and preparing fresh ingredients for cooking
  • Undertaking cooking duties, such as roasting vegetables & cooking proteins using high quality ingredients with care and precision
  • Collaborating with our talented kitchen team to execute orders efficiently
  • Opening and closing the restaurant in line with company standards
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization is always maintained, going above and beyond all health and safety standards
  • Completing line pars and ensure that enough product is prepared and kept ready for service
  • Ensure the quality of food is outstanding every time; contribute to our mission of providing excellent guest experiences
  • Completing cleaning jobs and equipment maintenance outlined by management; cleanliness is key
  • Completing food safety logs and food temperature logs daily
