Day in the Life

As a Line Paint Operator, you could think of yourself as an artist of the roads. Responsible for operating skip boxes and monitoring systems while painting new and existing lines, your role is critical to the completion of road construction. You will have the opportunity to operate other equipment such as forklifts and loaders as well as load/unload materials and traffic control signage as you lay out and pre-mark on new and existing asphalt.

Attention to detail will also be key as you maintain accurate documentation of driver logs, fuel records, time sheets, and daily work logs. Every day you will lead by example by promoting, leading, and executing a Safety-First culture for all employees, sub-contractors, consultants, and the public.

Enjoy the sunny weather and beautiful views of Northern Ontario while operating state-of-the-art equipment, traveling around the province. You will be adding all finishing touches to the asphalt, adding that icing on the cake.
