McCormick Canada is hiring a Line Operator in London, Ontario for a day shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:20pm). The role involves supplying and operating production lines, assisting with changeovers, and participating in improvement initiatives within a leading spice and flavor company.

The position requires an OSSD diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment. SAP knowledge is an asset.

We are currently hiring a Line Operator to join our Operations team at 600 Clarke Road, London (519 432 7311).

This position is a Day Shift position (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:20pm).

Position Overview

• Supply and operate production lines
• Assist in change overs and complete required checklists
• Participate in our Journey to Excellence and Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives
• Trouble shoot equipment issues and elevate when needed
• Make suggestions for line improvements
• Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures

Qualifications

• OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60lbs repetitively
• Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify work in process and packaging material problem
• Possess strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to complete training for McCormick certification for forklift
• SAP knowledge would be considered an asset

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $24.22

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Dividend Program
