In this role, you will have far-reaching responsibilities, including the safety, quality, capability building, and loss elimination of all aspects in your production unit. Position Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to increase the effectiveness of the transformation process and lead the optimization of these processes.
  • Creating, implementing, auditing, and coaching on performance improvement programs which impact the daily results and effectiveness of all employees.
  • Leading and supporting the completion of detailed continuous improvement plans.
  • Leading technical improvement projects.
  • Reviewing and making improvements by using performance data such as effectiveness, line stops, quality defects, to maintain a safe environment and eliminate contamination sources.
  • Leading regular performance improvement meetings.
  • Acting as a facilitator in regard to problem-solving skills.
  • Supporting and leading development activities for autonomous maintenance and other related continuous improvement programs.
  • Driving employee engagement, training, and development to maximize manufacturing, quality, safety, and productivity goal attainment.
  • Ensuring all quality and regulatory standards, specifications, and policies are met or exceeded.

The candidate should have a demonstrated history of the below qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years Manufacturing experience.
  • 3 – 5 years Management/Supervisory experience.
  • Food industry experience in a union environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, Management, Product Operations, or equivalent field of study.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system.
  • Technical problem-solving experience.
  • Ability to lead teams and achieve results through resources.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $61,000 - $90,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
