Job summary

Outlaw Country Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a passionate Line Dance Instructor to teach diverse groups and age ranges, creating engaging lesson plans and clear demonstrations that help participants grasp steps quickly.

You will foster an inclusive, supportive environment, adapt to different crowd sizes and venue settings, stay current with line dancing trends, and assist in organizing and promoting events and workshops in the community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Dance Instructor or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of popular line dances, both classic and contemporary.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals of all ages.
• Comfortable teaching to crowds of varying sizes in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Strong communication to convey instructions clearly.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and passion for sharing line dancing.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by events.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements
