• Monitor stock and assist with inventory and minimizing waste.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines.

• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.

What You Bring to the Table

• Kitchen Experience: Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume kitchen is an asset but not required.
• Passion for Cooking: You love working in the kitchen and are excited to create consistently great dishes.
