Job Title: Line Cook

About the Opportunity

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring Line Cooks on behalf of reputable hospitality employers in Surrey, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals to join established kitchen teams, secure long-term employment, and potentially transition to Permanent Residency (PR) through available immigration pathways.

We encourage applications from qualified candidates already in Canada, including those on Open Work Permits, and offer full immigration support for eligible individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following standardized recipes
• Maintain high standards in food quality, portioning, and presentation
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
• Assist in inventory tracking and supply coordination
• Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience or education in Culinary Arts, Food Services, or Hospitality
• English proficiency at CLB 5 or higher
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Competitive hourly wage: $18.50 – $20.00
