Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience as a Line or Prep Cook preferred.
• Passion for culinary arts with willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability, midweek and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality standards established by Carmens Group.
• Learn details of various menu offerings.
• Participate in creating signature items from scratch.

Skills

Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards

Well-developed knife skills

Experience:

• Line/Prep Cook: 1-3 years (preferred)

Education:

• Safe Food Handlers Certificate an asset
• Culinary trade papers or Red Seal considered an asset
