We are located in Port Credit at 398 Lakeshore Road East (East of Hurontario / south side of Lakeshore).
We have 90 indoor seats and 56 outdoor dining and also a very busy takeout business as well.

Responsibilities
- Daily food preparation for the restaurant according to instruction and expectations of the management team
- Specialized, experienced and confident in cooking breakfast eggs using all methods
- As part of a team, maintain prep list of food for your specific station, cook food in a timely, efficient and consistent manner
- Assist in properly receiving and storing delivered items. Inspect food products and supplies as needed and assist in inventory management
- Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification prior to it being delivered to customers
- Follow restaurant practices to control and minimize waste
- Ensure food prep areas are cleaned thoroughly and regularly including equipment, utensils. Strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines. Ensure that you follow and comply to all outlined safety regulations and procedures
- Other duties or responsibilities may be assigned or required
Qualifications
- 2 Year Cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
- Excellent ability to follow direction and work calmly in a fast paced highly stressful environment
- Experience cooking eggs in fry pans in a fast paced environment is recommended
- Culinary: 1 year (preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
