The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking line cook to join our kitchen crew! Responsibilities

  • Food Prep: Efficiently chop, marinate, and prepare fresh ingredients for daily service.
  • Cooking: Craft each dish to order with precision, utilizing kitchen equipment and maintaining our high standards of quality.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless and organized kitchen, ensuring all surfaces and equipment meet hygiene standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with management to keep everything fully stocked.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team, communicate orders clearly, and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
  • Plating: Ensure every dish is beautifully plated and delivered to customers on time.
  • Food Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines, maintaining top-notch food handling practices.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Respond to special requests and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Time Management: Master the art of multitasking during busy service hours, especially in peak seasons.
  • Creative Input: Occasionally contribute to new menu ideas, helping shape the offerings at Black's Pub.

  • Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to keep things running smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking as needed.
  • Deliver food promptly and accurately while maintaining quality standards.
  • Uphold a positive and professional attitude with colleagues and guests.

Requirements
