• 2-3 years' experience in the culinary industry.

• Safe Food Handlers Certificate (asset).
• Culinary trade papers or Red Seal (asset).

• Prepare and execute service for restaurants and banquets including weddings, socials, corporate, and celebrity events.
• Maintain product consistency of seasonings, portions, and appearance of food; minimize waste.
• Learn details of various menu offerings; participate in production and plating.

Wages:

Responsibilities & Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in the culinary industry
• Prepare and execute service for restaurants and banquets including weddings, socials, corporate, and celebrity events

• Well-developed knife skills and food preparation techniques
• Learn the details of various menu offerings; participate in the production and plating of all service areas
