Añejo Restaurant in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Line/Prep Cook to join our modern Mexican kitchen and tequila bar. You will prepare and cook menu items to spec, help prep ingredients, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and work with a dynamic team during busy shifts.

• Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste
• Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality
• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required
