Job summary

Pizza Hotline in Winnipeg is seeking a kitchen professional with 3–5 years of experience to manage daily kitchen operations. You will plan menus, portion foods, and requisition supplies, while ensuring safety and quality for customers with dietary needs.

You will train staff, supervise cooks, maintain inventory, and uphold cleanliness and compliance in a fast-paced environment. On-site work is required at the location.
