Six Pints Collectiveis currently seeking aLine Cookto join our team atGranville Island Brewinglocated inVancouver, BC. The taproom showcases our beer selection by offering a finely tuned menu tailored to complement our year-round, seasonal, and small batch brews. Reporting to the Taproom Manager, the Line Cook serve as a Customer Service Ambassador by ensuring that the food we serve always meets or exceeds our standards of excellence.

What You'll be brewing:

Provide consistently professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting team members.

Ensure timely and consistent preparation of all food items and event menus, following recipes and established standards.

Continuously seek to improve food preparation and presentation by contributing suggestions during daily shift briefings.

Maintain proper product rotation in coolers to minimize waste and spoilage.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

Adhere to all kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.

Follow safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages.

High school diploma/GED is required.

Ability to work 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate operational needs.

Kitchen and/or Line Cook experience is required.

Food Safe certification is required.

Ability to stand for extended periods and carry up to 50 lbs frequently - Constant standing, walking throughout shift, occasional kneeling, occasional ascending or descending ladders and stairs).

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating effectively in a team.
