Red Robin Canada’s Guildford restaurant in Surrey, BC is hiring Line Cooks to join our kitchen team at 10237 152 Street. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

No previous restaurant experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. You’ll cook burgers, chicken, fries, and other items, work across grill, fry, and prep stations, and uphold food safety standards while keeping your area tidy and ready for service.

Red Robin is hiring Line Cooks at our Guildford restaurant at 10237 152nd Street, Surrey, BC.

We’re looking for dependable people who enjoy working with a team and want to learn. Previous kitchen experience is welcome, but it is not required — we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a combination of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• $19.00–$21.00/hour base wage

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare Red Robin menu items while working as part of our kitchen team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking burgers, chicken, fries, appetizers, and other menu items
• Learning and working multiple kitchen stations, including grill, fry, and prep
• Following recipes and food-quality standards
• Following food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Keeping your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service

Who We’re Looking For

Previous restaurant experience is not required.

Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Cook, Kitchen Helper, Dishwasher, or in another restaurant role is welcome, but we’re equally interested in people who are new to restaurant kitchens and ready to learn.

We’ll train you on our kitchen stations, recipes, food-safety procedures, and Red Robin operating standards.

For team members who want to grow, strong performance, reliability, and leadership can lead to opportunities as a Shift Supervisor and eventually into restaurant management.
