Job summary

Red Robin Prince George is hiring Line Cooks at our Prince George restaurant at1600 15th Ave #101, Prince George, BC V2L 3X3. We offer full-time and part-time positions with day, evening and weekend shifts. Base wage is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, plus tip-out, with tips paid weekly.

Training will be provided, and there are opportunities to grow into Shift Supervisor and management roles. In-person work at our Prince George location is required.

Qualifications

• Previous Restaurant Experience Is Not Required.
• Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Cook, Kitchen Helper, Dishwasher, or in another restaurant role is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking burgers, chicken, fries, appetizers, and other menu items.
• Learning and working multiple kitchen stations, including grill, fry, and prep.
• Following recipes and food-quality standards.
• Following food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keeping your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Preparing ingredients and completing food-prep tasks.
• Working closely with other kitchen team members during busy periods.
• Helping ensure food is prepared accurately and served on time.
• Supporting your teammates wherever needed.

We're looking for dependable people who enjoy working with a team and want to learn. Previous kitchen experience is welcome, but it is not required - we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a combination of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook, you'll prepare Red Robin menu items while working as part of our kitchen team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
