Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure food is cooked and plated properly, with attention to presentation.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Assist in receiving and storing inventory deliveries.
  • Monitor food freshness and maintain consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Clean and maintain workstations and kitchen equipment.
  • Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
