Qualifications:

• Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred
• Candidates receiving offers of employment will be required to complete a post-offer, pre-placement background check and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced environment requiring physical activity
• Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions
• Lift up to 50 lbs., bend, carry, push, pull as needed
• Stand and walk on concrete for long periods
• Maintain product flow along conveyors
• Work in varied temperatures and conditions, exposed to moving mechanical parts
• Use PPE including bump caps, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair/beard nets, gloves, and safety shoes
• Conduct self in line with company ethics and standards

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and packaging of food products
• Unpack raw materials, assemble, and package finished goods
• Inspect products, ensure quality standards, and document waste
• Report quality issues, ingredient problems, or equipment breakdowns
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, and other regulations including GMPs and safety policies
