What You’ll Be Driving:
  • Coach and motivate your team to deliver results, foster growth, and achieve peak performance in a collaborative, energetic environment.
  • Own daily operations, from CRM usage and one-on-one coaching to goal setting and hitting key performance targets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent, including Lincoln Brand Specialist and Financial Services Managers, to create a powerhouse sales team.
  • Partner with leadership to define annual forecasts and implement strategic plans focused on growth, profitability, and premium customer experiences.
  • Uphold Lincoln’s luxury standards by overseeing merchandising, promotions, and customer satisfaction with style, precision, and consistency.
