Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking an Evening Light Duty Cleaning associate in Milton. The role is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings after 6 PM, performing standard cleaning tasks to maintain a clean environment for clients.

Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and touchpoint sanitization. Candidates should be English-speaking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team while following safety policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
• Sanitizing touchpoints
• Additional tasks as requested
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communicate in English both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
