Job summary

Twin Phoenix Building Maintenance in Metro Vancouver Surrey is seeking reliable cleaners to join our on-site team. The role involves performing floor care, vacuuming, disinfecting fixtures, and maintaining clean facilities across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Stock linen closet
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• Clean and disinfect elevators
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Provide basic information on facilities
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
