Job summary

TURNING POINT JANITORIAL SERVICES LTD in Red Deer, AB is seeking a self-motivated Light duty cleaner to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position offering 32–40 hours per week at $17.76 CAD per hour, with an immediate start.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, emptying trash, and cleaning windows, walls and ceilings. Fluent English is required and prior experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English language.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Pick up debris and empty trash cans.
• Clean the windows, walls, and ceilings.
