Job summary

Bissell Home in Albright, AB is inviting applications for a permanent, full-time Light duty cleaner. The successful candidate must start as soon as possible and will be paid $18.03 hourly for 30 hours per week.

Duties include sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets and upholstery, making beds, stocking linen and toiletries, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and handling trash.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstery.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Stock the linen closet.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Pick up debris and empty trash cans.
