Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a focus on light-duty vehicles.
• Trade qualification or relevant certification in automotive repair is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and common automotive repair tools.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical systems and common failure points.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements according to manufacturer schedules.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and exhaust systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions.
• Conduct pre-purchase inspections and provide detailed reports on vehicle condition.
• Replace worn or faulty parts, ensuring proper fitment and function.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained.
